NAPA Auto Parts – Cape Cod is looking for automotive talent. Our Auto Parts Counter Salespeople are the backbone of our business, delivering excellent customer service and knowledge to our long-standing customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist customers with their auto part questions and needs, either in person or via the telephone.
- Operate electronic cataloging system to retrieve up to date parts information.
- Effectively communicate features and benefit information to customers.
Required Skills:
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule every other Saturday with Sundays off.
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior automotive background or knowledge, is a plus but not required.
- Experienced preferred

Assistant Store Manager – Hyannis, MA
NAPA Auto Parts – Cape Cod, a locally owned company, is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Hyannis location. This is a full-time, salaried position supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of a busy auto parts store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with overall store operations and staff support
- Ensure excellent customer service in person and on the phone
- Invoice cash and charge customers
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Pull orders, receive and stock freight, and maintain the sales floor
- Open and close the store as needed
Qualifications:
- Background in automotive parts and/or repair preferred
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Leadership ability with good communication skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused
