Assistant Store Manager – Hyannis, MA

NAPA Auto Parts – Cape Cod, a locally owned company, is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Hyannis location. This is a full-time, salaried position supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of a busy auto parts store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with overall store operations and staff support
• Ensure excellent customer service in person and on the phone
• Invoice cash and charge customers
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Pull orders, receive and stock freight, and maintain the sales floor
• Open and close the store as needed

Qualifications:

• Background in automotive parts and/or repair preferred
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Leadership ability with good communication skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused
